Arduino TTL Plugin for Micro-Manager

Arduino TTL plugin is a Micro-Manager 1.4.15 based plugin to control an Arduino based TTL triggering device. The plugin provides a GUI for adding the triggering sequence and specifying the time-point based on (frame, channel, slice and position). There is also a provision to trigger Pre & Post acquisition.

Installation

Download the Arduino_TTL.jar file to Micro-Manager’s mmplugins folder.
