For certain requirements there might be a need to re-order the plugins. For example an ImagejMacro needs to be applied to smoothen the computed images before the ColorMap is generated.

By default the OpenPolScope software lists the plugins in alphabetical order.

To re-order select the plugin to be moved using a single mouse click.

Press and hold Ctrl (Windows) / Command (OsX) and click where the selected plugin needs to be moved.

As soon as the mouse press is released the selected row will be moved.
